How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow it on our Track Your Order page or in your account.
How long does delivery take?

Do you offer free shipping?

Can I change my address or cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update or cancel it.
My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my order.
Please check with neighbours and your building's reception, and wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark parcels as delivered early. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

Can I exchange my item instead of returning it?
Yes. Exchanges for a different size, colour or model are available within the same period, subject to stock availability.
